Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:30. Friday 08:30 to 16:00.
Shoots can be booked outside those hours by agreement, with a 20% unsocial-hours loading after 18:30 or on weekends.

Standard travel radius is 40 miles from Salford. Work further afield is quoted with mileage at 55p per mile, rail fare or overnight accommodation where needed.

Five Details That Help POV Quote Accurately
- What the film needs to do: train, induct, explain, sell, update or support a bid.
- Where filming would happen, including town, site type and any restricted areas.
- Who needs to appear on camera and who can approve the final information.
- The rough deadline, including any event, launch, audit or training date.
- Any script, slides, risk notes, brand guidance or existing footage already available.
If you are not sure whether something is filmable, send the messy version of the brief first. That is usually more useful than a polished one.
Booking Terms
The Practical Bits Before A Date Is Held
| Minimum Booking | A half-day shoot or one edit day. |

| Deposit | Bookings are held with a 40% deposit, 40% due on first cut, and 20% on delivery of master files. |
| Lead Time | Normal lead time is 3 to 5 weeks from signed brief to final delivery. |
| Rush Work | Urgent edits can sometimes be turned around in 5 working days with a 25% rush fee. |
| Delivery | Final files are supplied as H.264 MP4 in 1080p or 4K, with SRT caption files included when captions are commissioned. |
| Archive | POV keeps project media for 12 months after delivery. Long-term archive can be added at £120 + VAT per project per year. |
| Live Workplaces | Filming requires a named site contact, basic risk information and written permission for identifiable staff or visitors. |
