POV uses 4K cameras suitable for interviews, demonstrations and workplace cutaways. Two-camera filming helps cover demonstrations and makes interviews easier to edit without hiding every join under generic footage. Sound is captured with radio mics, boom microphones and separate recorders as the space allows.

Lighting is chosen to improve faces, demonstrations and work areas without covering the site in stands. Compact LED kits are quick to move, controllable in mixed lighting and practical when filming has to happen between meetings, shifts or machine availability.

Training and induction films are often watched in noisy rooms, open offices or learning systems with the sound low. Captions, clean exports and shorter module versions make the finished work easier to use after delivery.

Drone filming is not offered as a standalone service. Aerial work, teleprompter, makeup, additional camera operators and specialist sound are subcontracted only when they solve a real production problem. The aim is to keep the crew lean without pretending one person should do every job.
